Kieran Hart
BWL-L2 | CF-L2
With over a decade of experience in CrossFit, I combine expertise with a talent for breaking down complex, high-skill movements, making them approachable for athletes at any level.
Specialising in Olympic weightlifting, I have guided thousands of athletes, ranging from complete beginners to elite competitors. I also compete, holding the prestigious titles of British and European Champion in my age and weight category, along with setting multiple British records.
As the Head Coach at Wigan Barbell Club, I create a supportive and inclusive environment where athletes of all ages and abilities can hone their skills, gain confidence, and reach their full potential in Olympic weightlifting.

Luke Hollinrake
CFL1 | CrossFit & Beginners Coach
I started CrossFit around 4 years ago being extremely overweight and unfit and I was looking to apply for a job in the police at the time.
I like everyone else went through the thought process of “this isn’t for me” and “I’m not fit enough for CrossFit” but I didn’t realise it would end up being the only type of training that I could stay consistent with, and I am now fitter and healthier.
Fast forward 2 years and I am now passionate about helping others learn the CrossFit methodology and how it can help them experience the benefits I have!
I specialise in helping beginners learn functional movements in CrossFit and helping people understand gymnastics to help them during workouts!

I have been doing CrossFit since it started in the uk 2011 and have taken part in every open so you could say I’m an old head.
I like helping people get into CrossFit as it’s given me so many joys over the years and changed my life as I was once a lot heavier than I used to be . There’s nothing better than helping people achieve there’s goals weathers that’s hitting a pb snatch , a bar muscle up , moving better or hitting a weight loss target . I like to coach individuals who want to get into CrossFit, get better at it and individuals who want to lose weight and change their behaviours.

With over a decade of CrossFit experience and 20+yrs within the fitness industry and 20+yrs of tried & tested training styles and methods, I would like to help athletes of all levels achieve their goals with personalised coaching and a focus on technique and progress. A former rugby league professional and CrossFit competitor, I would like to create an environment to help people succeed and realise goals that they never thought were achievable through hard work to reach their full potential.

Isla Duffett
Level 1 CrossFit coach | Level 2 Strength and Conditioning coach | BA Sports Studies degree
I have 13 years of experience in coaching and personal training. I am also a master CrossFit athlete, having competed in and won numerous competitions around the world .
My passion lies in helping individuals achieve their fitness goals, regardless of their ability. Recently, l’ve initiated lady only training days to empower women and encourage them to engage in CrossFit and train alongside other like-minded ladies.

Jonathon Bullough
Head Coach | BSc sport and exercise science
Hi, I’m Jon. I’ve been in the fitness industry for 15 years, with over a decade as the owner of CrossFit JST. I’m a Level 2 CrossFit Coach, Level 2 Weightlifting Coach, and hold a BSc in Applied Sports and Exercise Science. I specialize in CrossFit and Hyrox performance, as well as functional movement therapy, helping people build strength, improve mobility, and optimise performance.
I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of individuals, from elite athletes aiming for peak performance to everyday people striving to move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. My passion is health and longevity, and my coaching ethos is simple but powerful: we train to live. That means using fitness to enhance every aspect of life—helping people live longer, better, and happier. Whether you’re training for competition or simply looking to feel your best, I’m here to guide and support you every step of the way.
